Michael is a customer-centric professional boasting a rich background in client relationships and ICT leadership. With over three decades of experience in the IT realm, spanning the Banking & Finance sector and his role as an MSP owner, he possesses extensive expertise in overseeing systems, governance, and teams.

Throughout his career, Michael has held significant Technical Management positions at organisations such as Esanda Finance and IRC (International Risk Consultants). Notably, during his tenure at Citibank, he served as the Technical Manager for Western Australia within the Global Transaction Banking Group, Corporate Banking division, for an impressive seven years. During this period, Michael specialised in delivering electronic banking integration solutions to multinational enterprise clients.

In 2005, Michael embarked on the journey that would become Managed IT, offering an ambitious Virtual Chief Information Manager (vCIO) MSP value proposition. Eighteen years later, Managed IT is synonymous with continuous information technology maturity, dedicated to delivering business value to organisations with compliance or legislative ICT requirements.
