Chief Marketing Officer
As the founding Chief Operations Officer, Nic Ferraro was responsible for all facets of launching Pia into market. This included sales, marketing, channel, operations, service desk, and GTM. The company went from Alpha, Beta and Gamma launches in Australia, expanding to NZ, US, Canada, and the UK within 12 months, growing to 80+ employees within that time.
Today Pia has over 130+ partners Globally and has won multiple awards for Innovation and Growth. In the role of Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Ferraro’s role now entails focusing on Demand Generation and Product Marketing, to achieve the next level of growth for the organisation.
Mr Ferraro is an internationally experienced customer, product, commercial, marketing and operations leader, having held leadership positions for some of the largest companies across Australia, APAC and Europe including Telstra, nbn, and O2 Telefonica, as well as numerous startups inside and outside the MSP space. This includes leading Marketing and Products for Alcatel OneTouch Mobile, growing them from #7 to #3 in Australia within 12 months (behind Apple and Samsung), and Virtual IT Group, where as Chief Customer Officer he was able to scale them to become one of the largest MSP’s in the region. Nic has also founded two companies, Sports Business Insider and Stringboard.
Mr. Ferraro holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Management, and International Studies from the University of Wollongong.
