Allen Vallescas, Customer Success Engineer with Kaseya. A certified IT Glue, BMS, PSA Autotask, Datto RMM, and Kaseya VSA Administrator. Allen has worked in Kaseya for 11 years and she helps customers and partners all over the EMEA region to get the most out of the Kaseya tools. Prior to joining the Customer Success Engineers, Allen worked as a Level 3 Customer Support Engineer with Kaseya.
