About

Chee Lam, Lead Customer Success Engineer, started with Datto as a Partner Success Manager nearly 6 years ago. Chee is specialised in helping Partners and Customers with their various enquiries regarding almost all Legacy Datto products (except for PSA/RMM).

Chee works mainly in the EMEA hours, however, is also available for the Global team outside his regular working hours. His current role as a Lead Customer Success Engineer is to identify gaps within the Partner’s solution configuration and advise what the best practices are.

Outside of work, Chee enjoys travelling, photography and automobile.
