A seasoned leader in the IT Managed Services (MSP) industry with more than 2 decades of experience, Mike Chaput has led Endsight as CEO since Co-Founding the California MSP in 2004.

Throughout his career, Mike has not only excelled at growing a values focused organization with hundreds of clients and more than 140 employees, but he has also established a vast network of connections, comprised of MSP industry insiders and CEOs.

As a member of various industry groups such as TruMethods, Venture Tech, True Profit Group, and serving on the CEO advisory council of Kaseya, a leading software company in the IT service industry, Mike possesses a deep industry perspective. Additionally, he serves as a paid consultant and sits on the board of directors for a private equity fund with substantial investments in the MSP sector.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business.

Outside of work, Mike is a husband and father, musician and basketball fanatic. Mike loves to share a good bottle of wine, and if it was grown in Napa, he likely has a great story to tell about the winery it came from.
