Joost is a technology lawyer and partner at Kennedy Van der Laan, the largest technology focused law firm in the Netherlands. He assists clients with complex outsourcings, IT-procurement projects and helps them navigate the legal challenges of working with or providing cutting edge technology.

He is part of the Cybersecurity team, where he helps clients deal with the immediate impact of a cybersecurity incident, but also with the aftermath, handling liability claims both defensively and offensively all the way up to and including litigation.
