Paul Brennan is managing director of Why Settle, an MSP he formed in 1996. He is responsible for communicating client’s strategic plans, as well as team leadership and a thousand other tasks. The company has 12 staff with a geographical focus in the Glasgow – Edinburgh corridor. Most of their clients are in the legal and property sectors; all of them are highly dependent on their systems.

Why Settle was stable but struggled to grow revenues for a long time. In recent years, they have moved deep into the Kaseya stack. This resulted in financial returns but also brought unexpected consequences for staff and the management team. Adopting so many new tools was a challenge, but the staff are now more motivated.
