I am a Solutions Engineer specialising in our IT Operations suite, I’ve been working at Kaseya for close to 6 years now, I’ve been a solutions engineer for around 2 and a half years now, prior to that I used to work in our technical support team supporting our business management tool stack. I’ve also used Datto products in the past in previous roles.
