The Kaseya Certified Expert (KCE) in Autotask PSA is an advanced, Level 3 Technical Certification tailored for experienced system administrators seeking to master the customization and optimization of the Autotask Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. Delivered as a live, interactive course, this training provides hands-on experience and expert-led instruction. Participants will learn to streamline business processes in critical areas such as Inventory, Service Desk, Automation, and Reporting. Upon completing the course and passing an assessment at a testing center during the event, participants earn a certification valid for two years.
