As the Technology Support Services Manager for BerganKDV a Midwest based Professional Services Firm, Brian leads a team supporting clients throughout the United States. Brian took over the support services function a little over 2 years ago and has led his team through various service delivery changes during that time. Brian has previously led the vCIO Team as well as the Project Implementation Team while with BerganKDV Technology and Consulting. He started as a tech nerd in the days of Windows NT 4.0 and throughout his almost 30 years of experience has seen both the consulting side, small business network admin side, as well as the corporate IT side of supporting systems and their users. Brian enjoys food (who doesn’t) with BBQ, grilling, and smoking meat being his favorites, while spending time with family and friends.
