Hello! My name is Joe and I am a Manager of Technical Account Management here at Kaseya. My journey with Kaseya begins just over 9 years ago when I joined Datto as a Technical Support Expert. After a few years of supporting MSPs at a break/fix level, I made the decision to join the Partner Success Management team in 2019 with the goal of helping our partners in a more wholesome way. After Kaseya acquired Datto in 2022, I accepted the role of Manager within the Technical Account Management team, then known as Customer Success Engineering. A major role of the TAMs is to ensure our partners are trained in the solutions that they are utilizing on a day to day basis to streamline their workload. I look forward to seeing everyone in Miami Beach!
