Ron manages Duo MSP relationships for the Southwest US, spanning from Arizona to Louisiana. Prior to his position as Partner Manager, he spent a year working as an MSP Specialist on his current team, gaining insight on both the front and back end of the MSP Partner program. That experience, along with his 4 years spent working as a Procurement officer for an MSP in West Michigan, allows Ron to have a better understanding of the wants & needs of the everyday MSP. Industry experience aside, Ron puts focus on engaging with his partners (trying to make them laugh) and ensuring they have the resources they need to keep themselves and their clients protected.
